About Me
Peter Coleman
From studying Visual Effects for Film and Television at the University of Bolton, I have gained many insights into the visual effects industry, graduated with a first class honours degree and learnt much about working with teams in a high pressure environment. From exploring all aspects of the visual effects pipeline, I have found myself drawn to the more technical aspects of visual effects, such as rigging and scripting. I love the challenge of problem solving, working within a team and helping others with technical issues.
Outside of visual effects, I like to spend time on personal projects, improving my photography skills, doing sports like archery and sailing, and volunteering for local projects. I have spent a lot of my free time volunteering for my local church, helping with sound and lights, and anything else that needed doing.
For my future, I plan to go into the technical roles of visual effects, such as rigging, pipeline or TD. Being able to help the visual effects artists by reducing monotonous tasks and solving technical challenges to free them to create amazing work.
